For more than 40 years, Italit Construction and Development Corporation has been a reliable supplier of high-quality uPVC, steel and polyethylene pipes and fittings to multinational and local companies, top-tier real estate developers and contractors, telecommunications firms and government agencies.

We started operations in 1960 as a manufacturer of asbestos-cement pipes, sheets, and roofings in the company-owned factory located in Barrio Napindan, Taguig, Metro Manila, where our present manufacturing plant is also located. Our factory operates its own wharf, enabling us to deliver our customers' pipe requirements to any part of the Philippines by barge.

To address the growing needs of the local and international markets, we ventured into the manufacture of uPVC pipes in 1979, steel pipes in 1983 and polyethylene tubings in 1985, thus making us the only TOTAL PIPE COMPANY in the Philippines today.
